Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data through this website is:

Herwig-Hakan Mader
Blindengasse 18/6A
1080 Vienna
Austria

Email: privacy@premiumpix.net

2. General information

We process personal data only where this is necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries, review model applications, organise potential collaborations or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Website hosting and server logs

This website, its databases, email services and the internal ModelDesk application are hosted by:

World4You Internet Services GmbH
Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3
4020 Linz
Austria

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • requested page or file
  • browser and operating-system information
  • referring page
  • transmission status and data volume

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain technical security and investigate errors or misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

World4You states that web-server log files are normally deleted after two weeks.

4. Consent management and cookies

We use Complianz to manage consent for cookies and comparable technologies. Complianz stores the consent choices made by visitors so that the website can respect those choices.

Cookies required for saving consent preferences and providing essential website functions may be used without analytics consent. Optional analytics technologies are used only after consent has been given.

The legal basis for consent-based processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the consent settings on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Further information about the cookies and their storage periods is available in our Cookie Policy.

5. Matomo analytics

With consent, we use a self-hosted installation of Matomo to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and usability.

Matomo may process information including:

  • shortened or masked IP address
  • visited pages and time of access
  • approximate geographical region
  • referring website
  • browser, device and operating-system information
  • interactions with the website
  • identifiers stored in analytics cookies

Analytics processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Matomo is instructed not to begin tracking until the visitor has consented.

The Matomo installation is technically operated on our behalf by:

GGG.at – Verein zur Förderung lesbischwuler Kommunikation
Blindengasse 18/6A
1080 Vienna
Austria

GGG.at processes these analytics data solely according to our instructions and does not use them for its own purposes. The Matomo system is hosted by World4You in Austria.

Detailed visitor data is retained for no longer than 24 months. Aggregated statistical reports that no longer permit direct identification may be retained for a longer period.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the consent settings on the website.

6. Model applications

Visitors may apply to be considered for a potential photo shoot through the “Apply to be a model” form.

Depending on the information provided, we process:

  • first and last name
  • gender
  • city and country
  • email address and optional telephone number
  • links or names of internet profiles
  • date of birth and confirmation that the applicant is at least 18
  • height and optional weight
  • eye colour, hair colour, hair length, body type and body hair
  • information about tattoos and piercings
  • preferred types of photography
  • uploaded portrait and full-body photographs
  • comments, ideas or questions
  • consent and age-confirmation records
  • technical submission information necessary to secure and process the form

The information is used exclusively to:

  • review and manage the application
  • assess whether a potential photographic collaboration may be suitable
  • contact the applicant
  • prevent duplicate or technically incomplete applications
  • plan a potential photo shoot if both parties wish to proceed

Ordinary application data is processed in order to take steps requested by the applicant before a possible collaboration, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Photographs and preferences relating to nude, erotic or explicit photography could reveal or permit inferences about particularly private matters. Where such information constitutes special-category personal data, it is processed on the basis of the applicant’s explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing privacy@premiumpix.net. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal. If data are required to assess or continue an application, withdrawal may mean that the application can no longer be processed.

Submitting an application does not create an entitlement to a photo shoot or collaboration. Applications are not decided solely by automated means.

Photographs submitted with an application will not be published on the basis of the application consent. Publication requires a separate agreement or model release.

Storage and ModelDesk

Applications are initially received through Forminator on the premiumPIX WordPress website and transferred to the protected ModelDesk application. The information may therefore temporarily exist in both systems. Uploaded files are stored in protected areas that are not intended for public access.

Access is restricted to persons who require the information to review and manage applications.

Retention

Applications that are not pursued are deleted no later than six months after the decision.

If an applicant becomes a model or enters into a collaboration, information necessary for contact, planning, releases and documenting the collaboration may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for as long as required by applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Data that are no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message content and any other information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Depending on the subject of the enquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Messages are deleted when they are no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations or possible legal claims require longer storage.

8. Links to social networks and external websites

The website contains ordinary links to social networks and other external websites. No data are intentionally transmitted to those services merely because the links are displayed.

If a visitor follows an external link, the operator of the destination website processes data under its own responsibility. Its privacy policy applies from that point onwards.

9. Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed only where necessary to:

  • hosting and email providers acting on our behalf
  • GGG.at as the technical processor of the Matomo installation
  • technical service providers acting under appropriate instructions
  • public authorities or courts where disclosure is legally required
  • professional advisers where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Processors are required to handle personal data only according to our instructions and to apply appropriate security measures.

10. International transfers

The website, ModelDesk and Matomo are intended to be hosted and operated within Austria or the European Economic Area.

If a service exceptionally requires a transfer outside the European Economic Area, such a transfer will take place only where a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are available.

11. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure and unauthorised access. These measures include encrypted transmission, access restrictions, protected file storage, security updates and backups.

No method of transmission or storage can provide absolute security.

12. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to:

  • obtain information about your personal data
  • receive a copy of your personal data
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • request deletion
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • receive data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Requests can be sent to privacy@premiumpix.net. We may need to verify the identity of the person making the request.

The competent Austrian supervisory authority is:
